Transient Rates:

Boats up to 29 ft: Daily: $4.00/ft. Weekly: $20.00/ft.
Boats 30 ft. & Greater: Daily: $5.00/ft. Weekly: $20.00/ft.

Electricity Rates:

Electricity is included with dockage.

Courtesy vehicle, wifi, water, and cable are included in your dockage rates.

We can assist with any transportation needs.

Proof of insurance is required for dockage.

Summer Dockage Rates for Spring Point and Breakwater:

Docks up to 28ft @ $150.00/ft
Docks 30ft & over @ $160.00/ft

The Fine Print:

Total dockage fees are based on overall length of boat (including swim platforms, bow pulpits, boomkins, bow sprits & dinghies) or dock whichever is greater.

ALL DOCKAGE RATES INCLUDE ELECTRICITY, WATER, PARKING, AND WIFI. CABLE TELEVISION IS INCLUDED FOR DOCKS 28FT AND OVER. PROOF OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE DOCKING
